Default just a few questions on parts for my 97 crv

*i will post pics of mine soon* lol

my crv needs alot of work but i have some questions on parts. i have the r/t awd model and want to install a header. what brand should i look for? also i will be lifting it with OME suspension and wanted to know where to get or off what vehicle to get poly suspension bushings?

all i have done so far is 02+ 5 star steelies, new headunit and speakers, junkyard doors (multicolor is not my choice but the doors were dented. hey, what can u expect of something when its free?), hids, password jdm carbon intake, new exhaust and full tuneup including painter valve cover.

the only aftermarket headers out there NOW for rt4wd crv(gen.1)
is OBX.. comptech used to make one but they were already discontinued,
or you could use any B series headers and just modify it! ive seen a DC sports
headers modified to clear the transfer case/shaft underneath..

as for your skunk2 IM change, there might be gains.. but i would suggest upgrade
your basic bolt ons all at the same time.. I/H/E if you dyno it the better but you'll
be downgrading your ecu to obd1..w/c in some states, you may not pass inspection
but i think there may not be an issue if you just stay to obd2.. you might have a
lower mpg.. also youll enjoy more of this upgrades if your V is a manual one....
